                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TEMPORARY
                   CLOSURE OF EDINGBURG DRIVE MORE PARTICULARLY
                   DESCRIBED HEREIN ON SATURDAY, AUGUST 31,
                   1991 FROM 6:00 P.M. TO 10:00 P.M. FOR THE
                   "EMMA WHEELER HOMES BLOCK PARTY" SPONSORED
                   BY THE EMMA WHEELER HOMES TENANT ASSOCIATION
                   UNDER CERTAIN CONDITIONS.
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       temporary closing of Edingburg Drive between Hooker Road and
       Woodland View Circle on Saturday, August 31, 1991 from 6:00 p.m.
       to 10:00 p.m. for the presentation of the "Emma Wheeler Homes
       Block Party" under the sponsorship of the Emma Wheeler Homes
       Tenant Association provided that the sponsor shall set out 
flasher
       barricades and warning signs in accordance with the traffic
       control plan attached hereto and shall provide, at all times, an
       access lane for emergency vehicles.
